Recently, I gave a presentation on agile management in a webinar. In the first part of presentation the issue and invalid assumption behind Traditional process model in software industry introduced and in the next step the Empirical and iterative software process model described. in addition, other interesting topics in the area of agile management including constraint management, lean management, motivating people and self organization is also considered and finally some recommendation and useful resources suggested.
